The Complex, Commercial and Industrial (CCI) Unit is managed nationally with regional support in Western Canada, Central Canada, Quebec and Eastern Canada. In addition to our regional leaders, we have 9 specialized CCI large loss adjusters in Western Canada, 19 in Central Canada, and 18 in Quebec and Eastern Canada. The CCI Unit handles a portfolio of commercial losses across Canada and internationally, coordinating teams of professionals and overseeing all aspects of the claim until final resolution.
